1. What is a Season Ticket?
 
Our Apcoa Season Tickets allow you to get great value car parking, make it easy to enter and exit your chosen car park and give you the option of extra savings through APCOA’s Rewards & Benefits membership.
 
What this ticket does for you:
 
·         Unlimited access during car park opening times; you can enter and exit the car park as many times as you like while your ticket is valid
 
·         Quick and simple entry and exit; no need to search for change to pay at machines

·         A wide choice of monthly, quarterly or annual tickets available at most car parks
 
 
 
2. Can I use my Season Ticket at any APCOA car park?
 
Your Season Ticket is for a specific car park, so unfortunately you can't use it at any of our other car parks.
 
3. How to purchase Season Ticket
 
How do I purchase season ticket?
 
Select the place you want to purchase your season ticket for and then select the location you want the season ticket for.
 
Select the type of vehicle and click continue.
 
You will now see a display of the season ticket options available, select the type of season ticekt required.
 
Select the date using the calendar provided to select from when you want to start your season ticket.
 
Under vehicle details; add the vehicle you want  to purchase the season ticket for.
 
You’ll then be required to enter your personal details and payment information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed. Other fields are optional but you are advised to provide as much information as possible.
 
In the margin to the right you’ll see Order Summary. The “Promo code” field is used if you have a Promo code. Entering a Promo code will result in a discounted price when you come to pay. Rates include VAT, and this will be shown on your order confirmation/receipt.
 
Enter personal details at the bottom left of the display if you have not already registered, accept our “Terms and conditions” at the bottom of order summary. Click on “Book Now” to go to payment page to confirm your payment.
 
After clicking on “Confirm payment”, your order confirmation will appear. This will also be sent to your email address. You may print out the order confirmation immediately or from your email later. This order confirmation is also your receipt.
 
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your booking you can do so by going to “Manage My Booking” via the link on the order confirmation display. You can also access “Manage My Booking” from our website. (?)
 
 
4. How do I renew my Season Ticket?
 
All Season Tickets purchased online will automatically renew by using the card details supplied for purchase.
 
 
You can also renew your season ticket online at seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk
 
 
5. How do I cancel my Season Ticket?
 
If you want to cancel your Season Ticket for any reason, you can do this with your online account at seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk or you can e-mail us at finance.seasontickets.apcoa.com with the following details:
 
·         Your account name and season ticket number
 
·         A brief description of why you want to cancel your season ticket
 
·         When you would like to cancel from
 
·         Your contact details
 
 
 
6. What do I do if my Season Ticket does not arrive in time for my requested start date?
 
This will only affcet you if your car park requires a physical season ticket. Please check your confirmation e-mail for that information.
 
We allow 5 working days days to get your Season Ticket to you following payment, for your requested start date.
 
We are sorry if you haven’t received your Season Ticket in time.
 
 
Please call to let us know that your ticket hasn’t arrived or is not available at the car park on, 0345 222100. We will then ensure that our customer service colleagues are aware that you are a valid Season Ticket holder.
 
Just enter in the normal way, but don’t pay for you parking. On exit at the barrier, push the button. Our staff will check their records and raise the barrier to allow you to exit.
 
If you are unfortunate enough to lose your ticket then don't worry. Talk to our Customer Services team on 0345 222 2100.
 
We'll send you a replacement Season Ticket. (For replacements, unfortunately there will be a fee for this, please see your Terms and Conditions at seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk/termsofuse). Unfortunately we won’t be able to refund the cost of your parking whilst you’re waiting for your replacement ticket.
 
 
7. What should I do if my Season Ticket doesn't work?
 
It’s very unusual for a Season Ticket not to work, but if your Season Ticket isn't working and you are in one of our car parks talk to a car park support officer.  If you can’t find someone at the car park press the help button at the entry or exit barrier. Otherwise you can call our Customer Services team on 0345 222 2100 who can assist you as quickly as possible.
 
 
8. General information
 
How do I find my reserved parking space?
 
When purchasing season ticket online you are not allocated a specific parking space. On arrival, you select any available parking space that is not marked as reserved or for blue badge holders (unless, of course, you are a blue badge holder).
 
How do I book disabled parking?
 
When the parking options appear click on “More information” to see which car parks have dedicated disabled parking. If you require a disabled parking space select a car park that offers disabled parking. Please note that we cannot guarantee a disabled parking space, since it is not possible to book these specifically. Remember your blue badge and make sure it is clearly displayed in your windscreen. Customers who use disabled parking without displaying a blue badge will be charged a regulatory fee.
 
Is purchasing season ticket always cheaper than normal drive-up rates?
 
Yes, while the drive-up tariffs are adjusted 2 to 3 times a year, online rates are more dynamic and once the season ticket is purchase you don't have to pay on daily basis until the season ticket is valid for. Campaign prices and other discounts, for example, are only offered online. Thus, online rates are usually lower than the drive-up tariffs.
 
What is the drive-up rate for parking?
 
Drive-up rates (i.e. the price customers pay when not purcahsing season ticket). Drive-up rates are also displayed in the parking areas.
 
How often are prices adjusted?
 
As a rule, drive-up prices are usually adjusted 2 to 3 times a year.  Online parking prices are constantly monitored to ensure we offer the best price possible. This means that our prices online may change more often. In theory, online prices can change according to season, peak holiday periods, traffic, capacity and other factors that may affect supply and demand.
 
What payment methods are accepted?
 
We accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Visa Electron. The customer is responsible for validity of the card. Invalid cards will be rejected. We don’t accept cheques, cash or other payment methods online.
 
How do I know my payment details are secure?
 
Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption software. This protects your personal information, including credit or debit card details, and your name and address. You’ll know you are in a secure area of the website when a padlock appears in your web browser display, along with “https” instead of the usual “http” address. You will also see the following when you’re about to leave the secure area: “Are you sure you want to leave this area?”
 
Are there any vehicle height restrictions in the car parks?
 
This is covered under the Car Park information when you choose a car park from the drop down list. In general there are no height restrictions in parking areas. Multi-storey car parks have standard height restrictions. If you think your vehicle might be a problem, check “More information” before you book.
 
 
 
9. How to Manage My Booking
 
How do I know that my order has been placed?
 
Once you’ve finished the booking process you’ll receive a confirmation email with a booking reference.
 
How can I get a new order confirmation/receipt sent by email?
 
Log in to your account where you will be able to see your current and past purchases.
 
What happens if I bring a different vehicle than on my original booking?
